Promoter: This offer is provided by Payr Ltd of 13 Prince Of Wales Terrace, London, England, W8 5PG (“Payr”).
Offer: Use promo code VOFFER20 to receive 20% off Payr’s payment/service fee on your first successful rent payment made through Payr (the “Discount”). The Discount applies only to Payr’s fee and does not discount the rent amount.
Offer Period: This offer is available until Payr withdraws it. Payr may withdraw or amend the offer at any time in accordance with the “Changes & misuse” clause below.
Eligibility: Available only to new Payr customers who make their first successful rent payment via Payr during the Offer Period. You must be 18+.
First payment definition: “First successful rent payment” means the first payment for rent that is successfully processed and confirmed through Payr (excluding deposits/holding fees and any other non-rent charges).
Redemption: Enter the promo code at checkout before confirming payment. The Discount cannot be applied retrospectively once a payment has been submitted.
Limits: One use per customer. Payr may also limit redemptions to one per account/email address/payment card/tenancy/property address to prevent misuse.
Exclusions: The Discount does not apply to: arrears/late fees, admin charges, landlord/agent charges, or any third-party fees (including card issuer interest/charges, foreign exchange fees, or network/provider charges).
VAT/taxes (if applicable): The Discount applies to Payr’s fee inclusive of VAT (where VAT is chargeable).
Failed/reversed payments: If the payment is declined, reversed, refunded, or charged back, the Discount will not apply (or will be void) and Payr may recover the value of the Discount where it has already been applied.
No cash alternative: The Discount is non-transferable and has no cash value.
Changes & misuse: Payr may withdraw, amend, suspend, or refuse redemptions of this offer at any time where reasonably necessary (including suspected fraud, abuse, technical error, or misuse). This does not affect validly redeemed Discounts already applied to an eligible payment.
